In addition, we can assume full responsibility for operating your human resources function on a continuing basis
Outplacement
We assist with transition services that include career counseling, training, interview coaching, and referrals to help clients with separating employees.
Long-Term and Contract
Our Consultants are assigned to support or supplement a client's work force on long-term temporary or contract assignments. Employees are recruited, screened, and can be interviewed by the client before placement.
Recruitment and Placement of Temporary help or Temporary to Hire
We provide qualified job candidates for temporary assignments to support or supplement a work force, special projects, or to fill temporary vacancies. Candidates are recruited, screened, tested, and a background evaluation is conducted before sending them to a potential employer. After 60-days or 320 hours (whichever is first), if both the employer and the temporary agree that it is a good fit, the temporary can be hired permanently with no additional fees.
