Staffing

Direct placement:  Positions filled by this route can offer a seamless employment transition on both client companies and candidates.   The individual is your employee, but we guarantee a 60-day candidate replacement in the event the individual does not meet your performance standards.

Temporary-to-Hire:  These assignments can be short-term.  If the assignment lasts for 45 days, we offer the client company and candidate, an opportunity to offer (or accept) a position on a permanent full-time basis at no additional charge.

Career Training 

We offer basic services that support and encourage our candidates while in their job search.  We provide training techniques on how to seek and secure employment.  Services include:
